I was in Copenhagen for 4 days. Here are the words that described my impressions on Copenhagen : clean, eco-friendly, low-carbon, garden city, land of bicycles, tourist friendly, unique blend of old heritage and new buildings.
I stayed in Scandic Webers Hotel, located in the city center. Few minutes walk from the Central Station, Tourism Office, Tivoli Garden, Stroget, which is the longest pedestrian shopping streets in Europe. The hotel belongs to the Nordic region most sustainable hotel chain, which has won many eco-awards. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast served. They have a wide selection of choice, including organic breakfasts. Not forget to mention the bright, comfortable and spacious sitting arrangement. It was very relaxing, eating fruits and slowing sipping coffee in the courtyard, after the main breakfast.
Shopping in Copenhagen was a great fun and one of my favourite activities. There were so much to see, from classic to modern. I can't afford to buy a lot, but I was smart enough to take a lot of pictures to fill my album and use for my future design projects.
